Customers can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are refundable too, and customers are not responsible for return shipping fees.
